EOS Integrators
EOS Integrators
This page lists 36 named EOS Integrators. You find one by reading who they serve, shortlisting a few, and opening their practice site. Listed Fractional does not match, rank, or sell quotes. The work of choosing stays with you.
In EOS, the Integrator runs the business so the Visionary can run ahead of it. They own the leadership team, the Level 10 meeting, the Scorecard, the Rocks, and the tie-breaking. They sit inside the company, in the seat. An Implementer teaches EOS from outside, then leaves. A fractional COO runs the operating week without requiring EOS vocabulary. Founders hire an Integrator when the Visionary has no counterpart. Longer split: EOS Integrator vs EOS Implementer.
36 rows. On the Integrator who-they-serve lines, 26 name EOS companies. A search for EOS Integrator companies is a list of named operators with a practice URL. A practice is a company. The row is a person. This is not a ranked companies list.
A to Z is not rank. Unclaimed rows show five facts only: name, seat, practice URL, geo, and who they serve. Filter chips are a text match on the published line, not a second ranking. Shortlist two or three in this browser, then open each practice site.
No photos, email, phone, or biographies until an operator claims the row. A claim does not reorder the list. Claim and takedown have equal standing. Claim · Takedown.
If the who-they-serve sentence describes your company, open the site. If it does not, skip the row.

Before you reach out
- On the practice site, look for EOS fluency in specifics: Level 10, Scorecard, Rocks, Accountability Chart. One row here publishes "from $6,500/mo." A rate on the page is a mark of a working practice.
- Read the "who they serve" line for the seat, not the system. "Companies running EOS that need a part-time Integrator" is this page. "Leadership teams implementing EOS" is the Implementer page next door.
Questions founders ask before hiring this seat
What is an EOS Integrator?
In EOS, the Integrator runs the business so the Visionary can run ahead of it. They own the Level 10 meeting, the Scorecard, the quarterly Rocks, and the tie-breaking. They sit inside the company, in the seat. An Implementer teaches EOS from outside, then leaves. A fractional COO runs the operating week without requiring EOS vocabulary.
How do you find an EOS Integrator for hire?
Start with the seat, then the person. A fractional EOS Integrator works inside your company for a set number of days a month and runs the Level 10 meeting, the Scorecard and the Rocks. To find one: read the who-they-serve line on each row below, shortlist two or three that describe a company like yours (size, industry, how long you've run on EOS), and open their practice sites. On each site, look for EOS specifics: the Integrator seat named plainly, how many days a month they work, and how they hand the seat over when you hire full-time. Then ask each one for a call. Listed Fractional doesn't match, rank or vet. The rows are alphabetical, and the choice stays with you.
Can I hire a fractional Integrator if we haven't finished implementing EOS?
Some Integrators on this page work with companies still early in EOS, and some only take companies that have finished with an Implementer. The who-they-serve line usually says which. One row reads "EOS companies that have worked with an Implementer and need the Integrator seat filled." If the line doesn't say, ask on the first call.
What does a fractional Integrator actually do?
They run the week. The Integrator owns the Level 10 meeting, holds the leadership team to the Scorecard, drives the quarterly Rocks, and breaks ties so the Visionary does not have to. Fractionally, that means a set number of days a month inside your company, in the seat rather than beside it. One row here puts it plainly: "someone sitting in the Integrator seat."
Integrator vs Implementer vs COO?
An Implementer teaches EOS to your leadership team in session days, then leaves you to run it. An Integrator runs it, inside your company, every week. A COO does the Integrator's job in companies that do not use EOS. If you have finished with an Implementer and the seat is still empty, this page is your next stop. Kyle Spinks appears here and among the COOs because his practice sells both. Longer split: /compare/fractional-coo-vs-eos-integrator.
How is this list sourced?
Every listing starts at the operator's own site. We record five facts. If a fact is wrong, the takedown page fixes it. How every listing is sourced: /about#method.
Which Integrator listings are claimed?
All 36 Integrator listings are unclaimed. Across the site, 9 of 397 listings are claimed; 388 remain unclaimed. Until verified, the listing shows five facts collected from the operator's public site. When an operator claims a listing, the label changes to Claimed with the month. The row does not move.
Is this a list of the "best" EOS Integrator companies?
No. Rows are alphabetical. Position is not rank. A companies query here is a named operator plus a practice URL, not a ranked companies list.
EOS Integrator vs a full-time hire: which one is this?
This page lists EOS Integrators. A full-time hire is a different job. SuperHired appears on this site only as a labeled house ad for that different job. It does not place the Integrators listed here.
