How Listed Fractional works.
This page is for anyone who wants to check our method before trusting a listing. It covers how a listing gets in, what the filters are, how claim and takedown work, and who pays.
Listed Fractional is a publisher directory of fractional operators listed by seat: fractional CFO, CMO, COO, CTO, EOS Integrator, and EOS Implementer. It holds 397 listings with five facts each, based on each operator's public site: name, seat, practice URL, geo, and one line on who they serve. Informational directory; verify details with the operator.
How listings are sourced
Every row starts at the operator's own practice site. We read it and record five facts in plain words. Today that is 397 listings across 6seats: 61 CFOs, 53 CMOs, 54 COOs, 58 CTOs,36 Integrators, and 135 Implementers. 397 of397 have a practice URL. Nobody applied, paid, or was asked. One operator, Kyle Spinks, appears on two seats because his practice sells both.
What we publish and what we refuse to publish
We publish five facts per unclaimed listing: name, seat, practice (the firm name and its URL), geo, and one line on who they serve, based on each operator's public site. When a site does not state its audience in one concise line, the listing says so instead. We refuse photos, email addresses, phone numbers, and bios copied from anyone's website. We refuse rankings, star ratings, "best of" lists, review counts, and "get matched" buttons. We refuse to sell placement. If a fact is not on the operator's own site, it is not on ours. That is the entire editorial policy.
What the "serves" filters are
The filter chips on each seat page are read from each listing's "who they serve" line with a short list of published word patterns: "agencies", "SaaS", "EOS", and so on. A chip count is the number of rows whose line contains those words. It is not a specialty we assigned, and it is not a rank. When a line names a client size or a fee, we tag the sentence; we never extract the number into a field.
Claim and takedown
9 of 397 listings are claimed; 388 remain unclaimed. Claiming gives an operator control over the five facts and a Claimed label showing the month. It does not move the row. Takedown removes the listing or fixes the fact named, no reason required. Both take the same route: one email from the operator's practice domain to the address on theclaim and takedown pages. Neither costs anything, and neither ever will.
Who pays for this
SuperHired does. SuperHired is a discovery-led hiring firm for permanent roles, flat fee rather than a percentage of salary, and it is the same family as this site. Listings are unpaid. SuperHired appears separately as a labeled advertiser. Every SuperHired placement on a listing page is an HTML house ad marked "Ad". Claimed listings also show a picture of the operator's homepage. House ad — SuperHired. Fills specialist operator seats (email / CRM / Klaviyo / retention) inside agencies. Does not place fractional CFOs, CMOs, COOs, or integrators, and did not rank the people on this page. It never sorts the ledger, never appears as a row, and never gets the only primary button. Who runs this
Tom Meredith, through Supertrained, the family behind SuperHired. The agency owners Tom knows always ask for outside help before they hire inside, and they had no plain place to see who exists by seat. So this is that place: a directory built for the people who search, not a funnel wrapped around them. If it earns trust, it stays and grows. If a listed operator becomes a SuperHired partner along the way, that is the labeled ad doing its job. Verify us: every fact here links to its source.
