How Listed Fractional works.
Listed Fractional is a publisher directory of fractional operators, listed by seat: CFO, CMO, COO, CTO, EOS Integrator, and EOS Implementer. It exists for founders and agency owners who ask for outside help and want to see who is out there before the first call. We list 195 operators, each with the same six facts. We do not match, rank, review, or charge the people listed. Tom Meredith runs it through Supertrained, the same family as SuperHired, which buys the only ad on the site. Here is how each piece works.

How listings are sourced
Every row starts at the operator's own practice site. We read it, record six facts in plain words, and note the date. Today that is 195 listings across 6seats: 56 CFOs, 49 CMOs, 33 COOs, 32 CTOs,16 Integrators, and 9 Implementers. 195 of195 have a practice URL. 135 were verified on Aug 31, 2026 and 60 were verified on Sep 1, 2026. Nobody applied, paid, or was asked. One operator, Kyle Spinks, appears on two seats because his practice sells both.
What we publish and what we refuse to publish
We publish six facts per unclaimed listing: name, seat, practice (the firm name and its URL), geo, last verified date, and one line on who they serve. We refuse photos, email addresses, phone numbers, and bios copied from anyone's website. We refuse rankings, star ratings, "best of" lists, review counts, and "get matched" buttons. We refuse to sell placement. If a fact is not on the operator's own site, it is not on ours. That is the entire editorial policy.
What "last verified" means
Last verified is the date one of us opened the practice URL and confirmed three things. The site is live. The person is named on it. The seat is the one we list. That is all it means. It is not a reference call, a credential check, or a sign the operator is taking clients. As a date ages, treat it as your cue to open the site yourself.
What the "serves" filters are
The filter chips on each seat page are read from the operator's own who-they-serve line with a short list of published word patterns: "agencies", "SaaS", "EOS", and so on. A chip count is the number of rows whose line contains those words. It is not a specialty we assigned, and it is not a rank. When a line names a client size or a fee, we tag the sentence; we never extract the number into a field.
Claim and takedown
Every one of the 195 listings is unclaimed. Claiming gives an operator control over the six facts and a claimed stamp showing the month. It does not move the row. Takedown removes the row or fixes the fact named, no reason required. Both go through an email from the operator's practice domain to an address we will publish on theclaim and takedown pages when the inbox is live. Neither costs anything, and neither ever will. Ownership and exit get equal respect.
Who pays for this
SuperHired does. SuperHired is a discovery-led hiring firm for permanent roles, flat fee rather than a percentage of salary, and it is the same family as this site. It runs the only advertisement here, always in a lane marked "House ad." It never sorts the ledger, never appears as a row, and never gets the only primary button. No operator pays to be listed, and no one can pay to rank. An unlabeled SuperHired mention anywhere on this site is a bug, not a policy. Who runs this
Tom Meredith, through Supertrained, the family behind SuperHired. The agency owners Tom knows always ask for outside help before they hire inside, and they had no plain place to see who exists by seat. So this is that place: a directory built for the people who search, not a funnel wrapped around them. If it earns trust, it stays and grows. If a listed operator becomes a SuperHired partner along the way, that is the labeled ad doing its job. Verify us: every fact here links to its source.
