EOS Integrators

EOS Integrators

In EOS, the Integrator runs the business so the Visionary can run ahead of it. They own the leadership team, the Level 10 meeting, the Scorecard, the Rocks, and the tie-breaking. Companies running EOS hire a fractional Integrator when the Visionary has no counterpart and the seat is empty or half-filled by the founder. This page lists every fractional Integrator we have found. Each row shows name, practice site, geo, last verified date, and one line on who they serve. Across the site, 25 one-liners mention EOS. Start here if yours would too.

Before you reach out

  1. On the practice site, look for EOS fluency in specifics: Level 10, Scorecard, Rocks, Accountability Chart. One row here publishes "from $6,500/mo." A rate on the page is a mark of a working practice.
  2. Read who they serve for the seat, not the system. "Companies running EOS that need a part-time Integrator" is this page. "Leadership teams implementing EOS" is the Implementer page next door.
  3. Last verified is the date we last opened the practice URL and confirmed the seat. Integrator is a seat, not a credential, so there is no certification to confirm.

Questions founders ask before hiring this seat

What does a fractional Integrator actually do?

They run the week. The Integrator owns the Level 10 meeting, holds the leadership team to the Scorecard, drives the quarterly Rocks, and breaks ties so the Visionary does not have to. Fractionally, that means a set number of days a month inside your company, in the seat rather than beside it. One row here puts it plainly: "someone sitting in the Integrator seat."

Integrator vs Implementer vs COO?

An Implementer teaches EOS to your leadership team in session days, then leaves you to run it. An Integrator runs it, inside your company, every week. A COO does the Integrator's job in companies that do not use EOS. If you have finished with an Implementer and the seat is still empty, this page is your next stop. Kyle Spinks appears here and among the COOs because his practice sells both.

How is this list sourced?

Every row starts at the operator's own public practice site. We read it and record six facts: name, seat, practice URL, geo, the date we checked, and one plain line on who they serve. We opened all 16 practice URLs on Aug 31 or Sep 1, 2026. Nobody paid to be listed, and no row can be bought. If a fact is wrong, the takedown page fixes it.

Why are all 16 listings unclaimed?

Because we built the list before we knocked on any doors. All 195 listings on this site are unclaimed as of Sep 1, 2026. Unclaimed means the operator has not yet taken control of the record, so it stays frozen to six sourced facts. When they claim, the stamp fills and shows the month. The row stays where it is. Unclaimed is a status, not a judgment.
