For operators

Claim yours, or ask us to list you.

Two paths. One inbox. Write from an address on your practice domain. The address is claims@mail.listedfractional.com.Here is what either path will and will not do.

We publish five facts: name, seat, practice URL, geo, and one line on who you serve. That line comes from your site, or from the sentence you send. We do not invent it.

A Claimed label means you have looked at the row. It is not a rank. It does not move you, add a star, or cost money. There is no paid tier, and there will not be one.

9 of 397 listings are claimed; 388 remain unclaimed. Once you claim, you can correct the name, seat, practice URL, geo, and the "who they serve" line. 66 of 397 listings currently say the operator's site does not name who they serve in one sentence. If that is yours, claiming is how you write it. Your listing gets a Claimed label with the month, so founders can see you have looked at it. That is the whole upgrade.

Open Claim this listing from your listing page so we know which row is yours. A generic claim page cannot show your five facts.

What happens next

  1. Send one email from an address on your practice domain. Include your listing URL (shown above when you open this page from your row).
  2. We reply within five business days.
  3. After we accept your claim, the next build shows Claimed with the month (for example, Sep 2026).
  4. Your page shows a picture of your homepage, refreshed about every 30 days, and a labeled SuperHired ad. Neither one changes your place in the list.Ask us any time and we will remove the picture.

How we know it is you: one email from an address on your practice domain, with your listing URL. Nothing else. Once claimed, you may link "Listed on Listed Fractional" from your site; the link points at your listing, which is a followed page. It is a fact, not a badge.

If you are not listed yet, write to claims@mail.listedfractional.com from an address on your practice domain. The email opens with lines for your practice URL, your seat, and the operator or practice name.
